Two short surveys to help students reflect on their mock exam preparation and performance. Surveys are general enough to be used in a range of subjects. The first survey (pre-results) is designed to be completed as soon as possible after the exam is written. The second survey (post-results) should be completed once students have had the opportunity to review their marked exams. These are great tools for self-assessment/AfL, and provide useful information for the teacher as well. Surveys are in PDF format, 2-up on an A4 page.
